Aluminium thick plate refers to aluminium plate with the thickness between 6.0 to 250mm, which is available in various alloys and offers a range of weldability, corrosion resistance and machinability. High strength Aluminium plate, such as 6061, can be used in automotive applications, and high corrosion resistance aluminium plates are commonly used in rail vehicle.
